I have a pain in my neck. I'm not sure if it's from hovering over this keyboard or if it is from my workout earlier at the YMCA. I biked while watching Much Music and then I rowed for 2000 meters. I followed it up with a relaxing trip to the hot tub. Jersey seems to be doing well in her swimming lessons. Ashlin took her in the pool today while I worked out. I got a muffin and a gatorade from the cafe. All of us went to the zoo to visit friends and then out to dinner at Swiss Chalet. I've been surfing around the web since. All in all, it was a great day!
