Monday December 29th

Well, the last few days have been annoying and boring. Last night i finally got back to work. It was only 3 hours but that's a good way to start back lol. Tonight will probably be short again because of the holiday.

Thursday December 25th

Poor Ashlin is not feeling well. Otherwise I've had a very nice Xmas. Byron got me a toolbox. Ashlin got me a watch and a Patriots hoodie and I ordered myself a cheap smart watch. Jersey is still in Bathurst. Had a good time at the party last night. Enjoyed playing acoustic in front of a little crowd. No plans today. Didn't get much sleep.

Monday December 22nd

Well last night was my first good shift in a while plus i got to bank some well deserved overtime. Went to pick up Ashlin at work this morning and haven't been able to get back to sleep since. I'm using Ashlin's fitbit and I'm loving it. The app is amazing. I think I'm going to get one.
I just woke up. I still haven't had much sleep but I woke up to the pleasant surprise of my Amazon order being here. My very first 1tb hard drive. I cant wait to fill it.

Saturday December 20th

Well I successfully did absolutely nothing yesterday. Today i slept in. Now i have to decide whether or not I'm going to go to my staff party tonight.
After careful consideration I've decided not to go. Instead I went out to moxies with my fiance. Now off to bed to watch movies.

Friday December 19th

Well i ended up going to sports rock with my co-workers last night after shift. Ashlin was losing her mind because she didn't know where i was. Took jersey to school then had a nap. Picked her up from school then drove her over to the hospital where ashlin could say goodbye to her because she is leaving to go to bathurst for the holidays to see her grandmother and mom. I dont think im gonna do anything. Lol

Thursday December 18th

I was totally beat at work last night. At least i got home early and was able to get a good nights sleep. No plans for today except to take it easy until work tonight.

I really did nothing today. I caught up on my sleep while Ashlin had one of her friends over. I did the dishes and cleaned the roomba. I'm just out of the shower now and ready to go to work.

Wednesday December 17th

My phone died last night while at was at work. So today i woke up with the mission of trying to get a new one. Mission accomplished! I'm now the happy owner of a brand new LG G3.

Sunday December 14th

Played our final show of the year at Storm's last night. It was really good. We had people dancing from the very first song. Now we finally get a well deserved break. We will regroup learn some new tunes and start playing again in February.

Friday December 12th

It's been a while since my last post but I guess I will just carry on as normal. My back is pretty sore. Work has been brutal leading up to Christmas. Things at home are a little hectic leading up to Ashlin's new job. And I suppose the most exciting thing is that I bought a new car. Honda civic.

Monday November 17th

Stayed up after work last night to finish mastering the new song. Turned out pretty good. Woke up early to pick up the girls and haven't been able to get back to sleep. So I've been updating my music library on my new iMac.

Saturday November 15th

Finally got everything sold that I wanted on Kijiji. Now I have enough money to buy the iMac I wanted for recording. Hopefully I can go take a look at it this afternoon.

Thursday October 9th

Gross. I've been sick all last night and today. I think I'm on the tail end of it now. At least being healthy seems to make sicknesses run through me quicker. Off to work tonight and then a nice relaxing long weekend.

Thursday October 2nd

My shoulders are done from all the extra overtime I've been working this week. Got some time in the studio today. New song to work on. I was going to bike into work tonight but Ashlin isn't feeling well so she's getting checked out by the doctors.

Ton of overtime today. This will be a good pay. I'll be exhausted though.

Friday September 26th

Wow. What a great sleep. I must have needed it. Won our first game of the playoffs last night and lost our second. Work was relatively easy last night. I loaded to give terry a break. Then we all went out to sportsrock for wings after work.

Wednesday September 24th

Ouff! I didn't sleep much before last shift then got called in for overtime. I ended up putting in 11 hours. My body can certainly feel it today.

Wednesday September 10th

Work wasn't too bad last night. I definitely feel my body today after having gone back to the gym for the first time since the summer started. I will probably go again today for a bit before I pick up Jersey from school. I don't plan on doing too much today. Ashlin started her first day working at the penitentiary. I can't wait to hear how she liked that.

Sunday September 7th

Jersey had her birthday party today. All her little friends came over. Then we went for a walk around to check out the ingress game. I'm really getting into it. It's fun. Work wasn't too bad tonight. Got a little bit of overtime. Waiting for Jane to give me a drive home.

Friday September 5th

Pretty easy night at work last night, minus one discrepancy. Brad took a fit and walked off the belt. Only got a couple hours sleep then took Jersey to school, where they checked her for lice. She was clean. I went shopping. Got a giveaway guitar for the next show. Made up the new band posters and bought myself a new tablet. Now I just picked Jersey up from school and we're going to hang out until it's time for me to go to practice.

Thursday September 4th

Woke up a little cranky getting hit with pillows. Then had a coffee and everything is all right again. out shopping then back to work tonight. Had a good one at work last night just very tired. Jersey had a run in with the lice monster...

Tuesday September 2nd

Happy Birthday Jersey! It was so her first day of school for grade three. She stays later than she used to as well. Last year she was done at 1:35, this year it's 2:30. Now I can finally catch up on my sleep especially once Sistema starts. Then she won't be done until 5. Had an easy one at work last night. Josh ordered pizza for all of us. Made a half hour of OT. My paycheck this week should be amazing from all the overtime I worked last week.

Sunday August 31st

Having a great relaxing weekend. Mowed the lawn, cleaned up a bit. Had band practice, drank coffee and watched Netflix. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Tuesday August 26th

Another rough one at work last night. I'm still going sucking back on the cough syrup. Beautiful day outside but I've got a headache so I'm gonna rest until work. Hopefully it's an easier one tonight.

Monday August 25th

Had a freakin blast in Montreal at the Carnivores tournament with Linkin Park, Thirty Seconds to Mars and AFI. Now lets find the next concert.

Saturday August 16th

Just got back home from our volleyball tournament. Had a blast! What a great bunch of people on our team. Cant wait till next year. Potentially ghetto mall for a bit then the drive in to finish off the night.

Thursday August 14th

Wow this week has been brutal. Two softball games tonight then one night of work and then band practice tomorrow night and volleyball tournament Saturday.

Wednesday August 13th

Josh seemed down about something last night. Got some great engagement photos taken. Seen two already. Picking up Jersey from the babysitter and Ashlin from work.

Friday August 1st

It was a long week but I made some good overtime so I expect a good check next week. Watched Blended with the family. It was a typical Adam Sandler movie. A full day of rest and relaxation tomorrow. Work on our bikes and perhaps check out ball game.

Sunday July 27th

Had a great time at the show last night. I feel we did pretty well. Solid performance from the band and thank God for all the co-workers that showed up. They really helped make the show enjoyable. Nice relaxing day today before work tonight.

Friday July 25th

Got plenty accomplished today. Woke up had a coffee. Picked up guitar strings. Picked up raffle tickets. Got my hair cut. Dyed my hair, whitened my teeth. Now bbq before band practice.

Thursday July 24th

I think today is a sit on the couch drink coffee and watch the ball game kind of day. Go Blue Jays!

Tuesday July 22nd

Beautiful day outside so I mowed the lawn, raked the front yard because of all the twigs that had fallen after the storm a week ago. Borrowed a hedge clipper from the neighbors and made the front look nice.  I also swept the driveway and sidewalk and whipper snipped the grass growing in the cracks. Busy day, now off to work.

I had a great time in pei this year playing ball and partying with friends. It was also a good night at work.

Ouff I'm really sore today.. Work was difficult last night. I'm taking a bath hoping it will ease my pain.

Wednesday July 16th

I've finally lost some more weight bringing myself down to 174 lbs. This is the lightest weight I've ever been able to achieve in the last 10 years. Now I will continue and try for that elusive 165 before I  bulk up at the gym in September.

Monday July 14th

Had a great weekend in Bathurst. My back has been very sore as of late. Making work very difficult. Made a great catch in right field last night.

Thursday July 10th

Woke up to a coffee today. Then proceeded to work on the bicycles which ended up horribly wrong but I will try again tomorrow. I did manage to fix Byron's guitar. Now off to ball, then work, and maybe wings at sports rock if ashlin is up for it.

Wednesday July 9th

Decent night at work.  Woke up to my crying goddaughter. Went shopping and found the guitar tuning pegs Byron needed as well as rubes for our bicycle tires.

Sunday July 6th

Power was out for the majority of last night. Went out visiting. Made a really cool dominos course. Jersey is off to camp today. We're all very excited for her. I have today off. Gorgeous outside.

Had a great time at the wedding last night. Growing a little closer to Ashlins friends and family each time I come down.

Crazy shift last night. No sleep and off to Nova Scotia for a wedding.

Had a great time yesterday at the Canada Day festivities. Cool display of fireworks. At Magic Mountain today with the family basking in the sun. It'll be a rough one at work tonight.

Monday June 30th

Another scorching hot day. 30+ degrees. Installed the air conditioning units. Checked out all the new Chromecast apps as well. Now off to work and then off for Canada day tomorrow.

Had a great band practice last night. Back to centennial park again today with the family.

Good times with the boys at sports rock last night. Up early today running errands then off to centennial park with the god daughter. Now off to band practice.

Wednesday June 25th

Yay! I got to sleep in a bit. Ashlin texted and asked if I wanted to go to the mall for a while. Sure! Even if I didn't, it's still exercise. Enjoying a great coffee in the meantime.

Tuesday June 24th

Ashlin wanted to go to the beach today so she woke me up early. It was a beautiful day outside except it was windy so I couldn't lay down because sand would get blown in my eyes. I built a sweet sandcastle out in the furthest sand bar. Ashlin has been cranky most of the day. So I'm just trying to keep my distance. Off to work soon and I'm exhausted.

Monday June 23rd

What a beautiful gorgeous day outside. I am sitting on the deck drinking a coffee enjoying the sun. I'm finally starting to feel better. I don't know if it was drinking on Saturday or if it was lack of sleep yesterday, but I didn't feel good

Sunday June 22nd

Had a fun time last night plating our first show at Greenstock. It was great that Tony from work showed up. Caught a light buzz off some beer and was home early enough to order Chinese. Only slept a little so tonight might be rough at work. Josh is back tonight at work as well.

It's the wee hours of the morning. Up late watching Craig Ferguson. First show with the band tomorrow. Can't wait!

Friday January 31st

I got the new acer chromebook today. I'm loving it so far. very sleek and stylish. not too big and best of all it gives me access to all my google stuff without having to be on handheld devices.

Wednesday January 22nd

No school for jersey today. Its supposed to be a big storm. It looks nasty outside but there doesn't seem to be much snow so far.

Tuesday January 21st

Had a broken sleep today. Went up on the roof and put on the heating wire.  I've been cold ever since.

Monday January 20th

Had Papa John's pizza last night at work for pizza night. Had a tims today and went out looking for new food for Maltby. Got my mail in ballot for Pabineau election. Had a tuna fish sandwich for lunch. I'm Debating going to the gym.

Sunday January 19th

Jersey is really trying my patience. Ever since she came back from seeing her mother. She has swim lessons today and I will probably hit the gym before work. No gym today. Let's go patriots!

Saturday January 18th

Ouff. Today was a wash. Everyone was cranky. What a waste of a perfectly good Saturday. Tucking in to watch the leafs game then good night for me.

Friday January 17th

Had a good day off from work today. I also auditioned for a band. I think it went well.
